The year is 2040<\/strong>. Meat from the laboratory and the never-ending search for plant-based meat substitutes<\/a> have slowly but surely brought conventional sausage production to a standstill. How realistic is this vision of the future and what will our kitchen look like “the day after tomorrow”?<\/p>\n
