We have created a miracle water <\/strong>. We&#8217;re looking for a drinking experience that&#8217;s reminiscent of an after-work beer &#8211; or a drink like gin and tonic. So tart, spicy, bitter, savory and yet refreshing. Design and taste radiate maximum energy &#8211; without any alcohol intoxication.   <strong>It&#8217;s never been cooler to stay sober.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"2304\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 2560 \/ 2304;\" width=\"2560\" autoplay=\"\" controls=\"\" loop=\"\" muted=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.milk-food.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/MILK-INHOUSE-WEB-FIZZY-02.mp4\" playsinline=\"\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"is-style-serif has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">As the Food Lab team tells us: &#8220;During our internal tastings, people even asked if there wasn&#8217;t alcohol in it. That was precisely one of our goals. Basically, we are playing with a multisensory\/synesthetic perception. We are conditioned to associate bitter, tart aromas in cold drinks or aromas of juniper, which we mostly know from gin, with alcohol. This results in an alcoholic drinking sensation without any alcohol at all. Hard Seltzer works the other way round, the clear carbonated drink is associated with water and the alcohol content is surprising because it is hardly noticed.&#8221;     <\/p>\n    <section &#8220;Cucumber-Orange<\/strong>&#8220;<br\/>Cucumber soda with a syrup made from oranges, lemongrass, thyme, rosemary, roasted juniper, cinchona bark and lavender blossoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Soft Seltzer 2 &#8220;Radicchio-Pear<\/strong>&#8220;<br\/>Radicchio soda with a syrup made from pear juice, mace, aniseed, tonka bean, vanilla and
