After the product development for our “impossibly sensational mushroom patty” (you’ve been following it in the magazine<\/a> )<\/em>, it was clear: this product must see the light of day and deserves a design that enriches the new-age food sector. <\/p>\n\n

Enough has been written about meat and meat substitutes. As far as we\u2019re concerned, that\u2019s old news. Substitute products are superfluous. Nature has already given us plenty of natural alternatives. <\/p>\n\n
