For our customers at Bad Heilbrunner, packaging is more than just product protection. It should reflect the corporate values of sustainability and a sense of responsibility just as much as the product itself. To this end, we support the team in the holistic development of the packaging strategy, from analyzing the status quo to developing new product ideas. <\/p>\n\n

Packaging Checkup – Where do we stand?<\/h2>\n\n

Even a comparatively heterogeneous portfolio such as Bad Heilbrunner’s contains numerous components that need to be reassessed in the context of legislative changes such as the PPWR. In our portfolio check, we not only create a detailed status quo analysis – we also convert it into easy-to-understand overviews. These can be used internally for better understanding within the departments (see poster) – but also for direct communication<\/a> with the end consumer.<\/p>\n\n

Agenda 2030 – Where do we want to go?<\/h2>\n\n

The analysis of the status quo is followed by the question: what are the goals we want to achieve with our packaging? Together with a team from CSR, management, production and purchasing, we were able to develop a packaging strategy for Bad Heilbrunner and bring it to life in the form of an attitude paper. <\/p>\n\n

The paper not only sets out the goals for the coming years, it also serves as a guideline for all packaging issues and provides decision-making aids for efficient work. It is supplemented by the “Agenda 203o”, which bundles all the steps to be taken. <\/p>\n\n

In the Bad Heilbrunn process, the position paper also serves as the basis for the online communication campaign “Bad Heilbrunn pulls through” designed by MILK.<\/strong>, which informs consumers transparently and honestly about the company’s goals, but also about the challenges involved in achieving them.<\/p>\n\n

Innovation Sprints<\/h2>\n\n

The most important step in packaging optimization is the implementation of new concepts. In one of our co-creation workshops, we were able to develop new ideas together with Bad Heilbrunner and work them out in a subsequent design sprint. Not only were findings from the sustainability process relevant, but also Insights from marketing, consumer behavior and production. <\/p>\n\n

Bringing together different departments that come into contact with the topic of packaging is an essential part of our holistic process and helps to identify conflicting goals before they arise.<\/p>\n\n

Our holistic innovation process ensures that packaging issues are solved strategically, clearly and from a single source. It’s not just about the technical “back end” but also about the right implementation, both in the form of communication material and innovative concepts. <\/p>\n\n
