But in the future, with increasing food diversity and rising curiosity on the part of consumers, the scientifically supported combination of foods and their &#8220;flavor pairs&#8221; will become more and more common. Food pairing reveals an almost infinite potential for new discoveries in dishes, recipes and drinks, and thus for exciting experiences of enjoyment in the dining room and the kitchen.
