Design Evolution for the Next Stage of Growth.

Redesign for the Frankfurt-based startup “Upsters” and its popular caffeine candies. Our task was to strategically refine the existing brand identity and prepare it for the next phase of growth in the retail market.

The focus was on the evolution of packaging design. We simplified the design, refined the information hierarchy, and consistently modernized the overall look and feel. The result is a clearer brand architecture, a stronger shelf presence, and a consistent design system across all product varieties and communication channels.

In addition to redesigning the packaging, key visuals as well as point-of-sale and sales materials were created to consistently carry forward the new brand identity. As a result, what began as a successful startup brand has evolved into an identity that meets the needs of a growing scale-up—clearer, more distinctive, and ready for the next step.
