Green sauce
As an action for the Arche in Griesheim we decided to deliver and hand out food for the kids ourselves. So there were 80 meals for the kids at the lunch counter. Together with two Frankfurt butchers we prepared Frankfurter Grüne Soße (Grie Soß) and beef Tafelspitz and served it in Griesheim. Was great fun.
