Introduction of special roles.

Everyone in the team has a so-called special role that has nothing to do with the actual job profile. This is about spreading organizational development over all shoulders and reducing top-down decision-making. In this way, everyone in the team shares responsibility for the further development of the agency.

For example, this is how our Material Lab came into being. Initially, a staff member started on her own to identify new materials and write to inventors. A few months later, this resulted in the first version of our highly acclaimed Material Glossary for New Packaging Materials (Food). Later, it was even turned into a book.
