Fast Good

Fast Good describes the new pace of quality in out-of-home catering, as fast food has long since become a fundamental part of everyday urban eating. But nowadays people don’t just want to save time when eating, they also want to eat healthily more and more often and enjoy their food to the full. As a result, we are seeing an evolution of fast food offerings towards “fast good”: fast food classics like burgers are reinventing themselves and bacon and double cheese are being replaced by avocado and hummus. Small street food and gastronomy providers have long since recognized the trend and offer individualized products for increasingly differentiated consumer groups. Especially in urban agglomerations and cities, fast food offerings are increasingly diversifying in the direction of health, quality and sustainability.
