An aluminum-free material for aseptic full barrier cartons: The SIGNATURE EVO beverage carton from manufacturer SIG makes it possible to package liquid dairy products and other non-carbonated beverages without the use of aluminum as a barrier. SIGNATURE EVO is largely made from renewable raw materials. FSC-certified raw cardboard serves as the base material for all products in the sustainable SIGNATURE product line. This accounts for around 70% of the total weight of SIGNATURE EVO, with polymers making up the remaining 30%. The aluminum-free beverage carton helps to maintain the shelf life and attractiveness of the shelf.
